How to Pay

Pay by Credit Card

Miss Lily gladly accept all major credit cards:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Diners Club
• American Express

If you order flowers by phone, you can inform our staff the name of credit card holder, credit card number, expiry date, and CVV code. If you order flowers online, you have to fill these detail in online form.

Please note that, for security measure, if you are our new customer, we would like to request these documents before we proceed the payment. This is to ensure you will not be victim of credit card fraudulent.

1. A copy of the front and back of credit card
2. A copy of passport or ID card, whose name should appear to be the same as credit card holder.

The above documents are needed for first time order only. If you have ordered flowers from Miss Lily before, you don't need to provide the above documents again. Our system will charge your credit card automatically.

Pay by Bank Transfer

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please transfer to account name "Miss Lily Flowers Co., Ltd.". We accept cash transfer to almost all of major banks in Thailand:

If you transfer from within Thailand, please send SMS to us, notifying your payment and your name, at 092-0020289. Most of cash machines in Thailand will have an option to send SMS free of charge after the transfer.

IMPORTANT! Please note that we will process each order only after the payment has been done. We will not process your order prior to your payment in every case. If you are not sure whether we receive your payment, you can call our call center to ask for the payment status of your order anytime at +662-970-8000.
