1st December 2010, Miss Lily Flowers Co., Ltd, led by Rawat Chindapol, CEO, present food alms to the monks in the ceremony at Task Interior Co., Ltd. Rawat Chindapol and his staff made every menus themselves.
This day, one of the menus is Giant Pork Satae, the heritage secret recipe of Auntie Ray. The other menus are roasted red pork with rice and roasted red pork with egg noodle and dumplings. The rich aroma roasted red pork used in this alms is the unique recipe created by Rawat himself. Moreover, he cured roasted the pork himself over the night. It would not be overstatement if we say nearly all the guests requested for second plate of our food.
The secret will be partly revealed here (don't tell anybody). The roasted red pork must begin with carefully selection of sirloin pork. And care must be taken in very steps either curing or roasting. Every single piece of pork must be in the proper size, not too small or too large. The soup used is not merely a thin soup but is the overnight boiled, to gain the essence of pork sparerib.
